Hey, I am Fola!

It's my vision to teach and inspire others through magick, sound & creative expression. Empowering people as they fulfill their dreams and step into their magick as creative visionaries turns me on.

Why?!

Because I too am a Trailblazer.

And as a fellow creative & lover of all things esoteric, I have trekked through the ups & downs of life:

  • healing from past childhood sexual trauma and work-related trauma as a psychiatric nurse

  • learning to trust my intuition, listen to that inner guidance and speak my truth after years of religious programming

  • coming to embrace my witchy, magickal self despite toxic people trying to chain me down

  • and tap into self-expression & my unique voice to share my story & wisdom through mediums like writing, music and video / film creation

After experiencing my own spiritual emergence in 2015, I began the journey of healing my own sh*t, using Shamanic, Ancestral, Reiki, Vibrational and Magickal practices to alchemize it into GOLD. Integrating and embodying my light and shadow, I have come to learn that what troubles humans the most is a lack of being able to accept themselves as they are.

I got tired of the spiritual fluff and surface level healing that is rampant in spiritual communities and the health care system...so I left!

Stepping away from my role as a psych nurse, I fully began to embody my rebel, mystical nature.

Now I share inspiring energy through my various creative outlets such as YouTube, music and writing.

Trained in trauma-informed & person-centered approaches in my years working in psychiatry, I have many years of professional and personal experience within alternative healing modalities.

I soon realized that despite this training, what I have to offer is not taught in books. When I enter in curated containers such as this with people, we enter a cavern that contains the wisdom of the Divine - a cavern where people are activated, realigned to their path, and get to experience their power.

I am here to be a mentor and guide as you make your way back Home to your Self.

It's an honor to witness you on this journey to your most expressive self.
