General:
Hey — this is Fola Veritas. These Terms explain how you may use the Fola Veritas website (the “Site”) and the rules that apply. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you don’t agree, please stop using the Site. We may change these Terms at any time and will post updated versions on the Site; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights:
The Site and all materials on it are the property of Fola Veritas and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided for your personal, non‑commercial use. You may not modify, copy, republish, post, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the content except as expressly permitted. You may download or print one copy of pages for personal non‑commercial use provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

Your submissions:
If you post or submit material (comments, posts, photos, videos, etc.) you represent that you own or have permission to post it and that you are at least 13 years old (non‑EU) or 16 years old (EU). By submitting content you grant Fola Veritas a worldwide, royalty‑free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute and display that content and to identify you as its author as we deem appropriate. We may use or remove any submissions at our discretion.

Linking and framing:
You may link to the Site so long as the link does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by Fola Veritas. You may not frame or inline‑link content from the Site or incorporate our content into other services without prior written permission.

Disclaimers:
The Site may link to third‑party sites; those links do not constitute endorsement and Fola Veritas is not responsible for third‑party content. All content, products and services on the Site and any linked sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

Indemnity:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fola Veritas, its affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Earnings disclaimer:
Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of earnings, income, revenue, or profit. Any examples or results described are not guarantees. Fola Veritas provides no professional (legal, medical, financial, psychological) advice and you are responsible for your own decisions and results.

Licensee and affiliate disclaimers:
Fola Veritas has no affiliation, responsibility, or liability for the actions, products, services, or events provided by licensees or affiliates listed or referenced on the Site; any disputes with licensees or affiliates must be addressed directly with them.

Online commerce:
Third‑party merchants may offer products or services through the Site; we are not responsible for their quality, accuracy, timeliness or privacy practices. When you purchase from a merchant, personal and payment data may be collected by the merchant as well as by Fola Veritas, and you will be informed and asked to consent where required. Merchants may have their own terms and privacy policies; review those before transacting.

Currency and taxes:
Sales on the Site are billed in CAD and, as required by law, tax is billed for residents of Canada with tax amount determined by province (Alberta).

Refund policy:
All sales are final; we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless otherwise stated for a particular product or service.

Interactive features:
The Site may include forums, comments, chat, and other interactive features. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Fola Veritas does not control or endorse user content and disclaims responsibility for it. We may remove or refuse to post content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Prohibited conduct:
You agree not to (a) restrict others’ use of the Site; (b) impersonate others; (c) interfere with Site servers or networks; (d) use the Site to promote illegal activity or cause harm; (e) gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; (f) obtain materials not intentionally made available; (g) post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent content; (h) post material that infringes others’ rights; (i) post viruses or harmful code; (j) exploit the Site for commercial advertising without permission; (k) solicit sales or donations without approval; (l) harvest other users’ personal information; (m) pirate content acquired through the Site. Violations may result in removal of content, suspension or termination of access.

Registration and passwords:
Some Site features require registration and demographic information; you will be asked to consent and told the purpose of collection. Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for false or incomplete information. We will erase personal data upon written request to our contact email within 48 hours where applicable and where lawful.

Limitation of liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fola Veritas, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, its content, products, services or linked third‑party content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where local law does not permit exclusion of certain damages, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

Links and content accuracy:
All links are provided for convenience; we do not warrant accuracy or completeness of linked content.

Governing law and dispute resolution:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta. If a dispute arises, we agree to first try to resolve it through mutually agreed mediation in Alberta, Canada; costs and fees other than attorney fees will be shared equally.
