Nurses Rising Retreat

Join fellow nurses & caregivers Sandra Payne, Katrina Stephenson and Fola Veritas as we share holistic practices and uplifting energy meant to support you with coming more fully into yourself.  

Included in this retreat:

• build community with other women/nurses

• exploration of consciousness expanding modalities such as Kundalini yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, sound healing, & Reiki by trained facilitators 

• nutritious meals throughout the weekend 

• sauna and hot/cold pool to rejuvenate the body
