About Fola

My life story has been inspired by the magick and ancient wisdom of the mystery teachings. The curiosities about spiritual practices and what lays beyond the veil have been with me since I was young.  I also had a pull to what led humans to be and act the way they do. 

 

I decided to seek the answers by studying psychology and psychiatry, becoming a psychiatric nurse and working in the field of mental health and addictions for over 15 years.  I dedicated myself to promoting wellness and supporting others who found themselves in crisis and urgent scenarios. Working alongside the police and other first responders, I offered community crisis supports. But something was missing.

 

It was in 2015 I experienced a Spiritual Emergence. This event led me through a divorce, finding my true self, a re-awakening of my intuitive abilities and a desire to reconnect to my spiritual and healing path.

 

I began by exploring the alternative wellness modality of Reiki (Universal Healing Energy) using it to balance my own energy centres and eventually sharing it with clients.  This also led to my connecting to the power of Shamanic and Ancestral healing, where I began to uncover the patterns of intergenerational and (repressed) sexual trauma.  I also dove deeper into the healing ability of plant medicines and psychedelics, supporting others by facilitating both macrodose and microdose journeys with the plants. 

 

These modalities took me to places within myself I had never explored before and they led me to feeling more empowered to begin really diving into where my curiosities laid:  in the Hermetic and Qabalistic traditions.

 

 I began reading and learning more about the occult, esoterica, and Qabalah (Kabbalah).  I studied with groups and teachers who reminded me of the wisdom that was within.  Taking this leap required a huge amount of faith having come from a strictly pentecostal Christian upbringing where magick was seen as evil.

 

Looking back at my life experience, I can say that I would not change a thing!

Having aligned with my True Will as a Trailblazer, I continue to support others by sharing educational and inspirational messages on YouTube, the Living Magick Occult-Cast, and working 1-on-1 and in group settings with those who are interested in turning their sh*t into GOLD!  

I use the teachings of the Qabalah & it's symbol of the Tree of Life, along with vibrational energy and frequencies through sound, to activate deep transformation in others.
